Objective - Pull together the instore merchandising, advertising and other communication (web) into a consistent professional brand.

Problem - Adelaide All Spas needed to demonstrate their leadership position in the Spa industry. Current showroom, advertising and website were not cohesive nor positioned Adelaide All Spas as professional.

Strategy - Recognise the key role that aspiration plays in the purchase of a spa. People don't buy '2hp pumps and Xv1 jet nozzles' they buy fun, relaxation, and lifestyle.

Creative Solution - Re-design all their communication to avoid the dry technical information and instead demonstrate the positive lifestyle benefits of owning a spa.
